3/11 Update

This week is the second anniversary of GC! Therefore:

[General]

* North American Grand Chase is celebrating its second anniversary!
o A special Welcoming event will distribute gifts to players depending on their player status.
o All players who log in during this event will receive a 2nd Anniversary Signboard (15 days).
o All players will see a 2nd Anniversary Emblem in dungeons and PvP which gives a 10% EXP boost.
o New users will receive Stalwart Hero weapons (7 days) for Elesis, Lire, and Arme, a 10,000 GP Coupon (1), an Expert's Skill Ring (7 days), a Skill Key (1), SP Reset Cards (5 Times), and a Queen's Jewel (1 day).
o Returning users will receive Stalwart Hero weapons (15 days) for all characters, Celestial Big Heads (15 days) for all characters, Big Rabbit Heads (15 days) for all characters, an Expert's Skill Ring (7 days), a Skill Key (1), SP Reset Cards (5 Times), a Queen's Jewel (1 day), and Champion Mode Tickets (10).
o Current users will receive Stalwart Hero weapons (7 days) for all characters, a 20,000 GP Coupon (1), and Champion Mode Tickets (10).
* An Anniversary Gift Box Event!
o All users will receive an Anniversary Gift Box Board at the first login.
o Two puzzle pieces will be distributed at the first login of each day (4 pieces on 3/12 PST).
o Puzzle pieces can be found in dungeons and PvP.
o Puzzle pieces can also be purchased through special Packages in the Shop.
o Individual puzzle pieces can be redeemed for special potions, Bonus lives, and a miniature Kaze'aze accessory.
o Build the entire gift box for a chance at getting a Monster Doll Box, a Deluxe Monster Doll Box, Pet Knight Master Card, GC Club Accessory Box, Silver Knights' Wings (7 days), Battlefield Hero's Wings (7 days or permanent), and 2nd Anniversary Buff Potions (5).
- Monster Doll Boxes contain 1 day timed miniature Monster accessories.
- Deluxe Monster Doll Boxes contain permanent miniature Monster accessories.
- GC Club Accessory Boxes contain GC Club accessories that are either timed for 7 days or permanent.
* It's your Lucky Day!
o There are 12 "Lucky Days" where commemorative 2nd Anniversary accessories will be distributed at the first login of each Lucky Day.
o These 2nd Anniversary Commemorative Circlets, Wings, Arm Guards, and Stompers are timed for either 5 or 7 days.
* Collect Commemorative Coins!
o Get two 2nd Anniversary Coins while logged in for every hour for a maximum of 6 hours a day.
o Commemorative Coins can be exchanged at the end of the event for Gacha Coins.
* 2nd Anniversary Pet Event
o Squire Gaikoz and Kaze'doggeh Pet Creation manuals' drop rates have been doubled.
o Chaos Orbs' drop rates have been doubled on Bermesiah and Ellia.
o Bermesiah's Precious Pearl's and Ellia's Precious Pearl's drop rates have been doubled.
o All pets get a 50% EXP boost.
* 2nd Anniversary Sales Event
o Purchase the Siegfried Armor Set and get the Cloak for free!
o Special Mercury accessories are available for a limited time for all characters.
* Level Cap Event!
o The level cap has been raised to 75!
o Receive a special Level Up Rune Chest for each level up depending on your level's range.
o Hit level 75 and get a Necklace Chest that could contain a Grade 0 Fire, Ice, Lightning, Wind, or Light Necklace.

* Special Anniversary Gift Box Packages have been added to the Shop to help players complete their puzzle!
* Special Siegfried's Armor Sets have been added to the Shop for all characters!
o The cloak is included free when purchasing the set.
o There are no weapons available for this set.
o These sets + cloaks will only be on sale for a limited time!
* Mercury Accessories have been added for a limited time to the Shop for all characters!
* Special Pet Packages for Blue Fairy, Gon, Slime, Cupid, Peng Peng, and Ming Ming have been added to the Shop!
* 500-packs of the skill for Knight Master have been added to the Shop.

* 100-packs of the skill for Knight Master have been added to the Shop.

* Skill Tree Packages have been removed from the Academy.


Let's start with the "Welcoming" event.

It says that if you are a noob, you get powerful weapons for Elesis, Lire, and Arme. You also get a 10,000 GP coupon, an Expert's Skill Ring, a Skill Tree, 5 Skill Reset Card, and a 1-day Queen's Jewel. If you haven't been on since '09, then you get all that stuff, plus the Stalwart Weapons for all, Celestial and Bunny Big Heads(15 days) for all, no coupon, and 10 Champion Mode Tickets. If you are normal, then you only get a 20,000 coupon, Stalwart weapons for all, and 10 Champion Tickets.

Then there's the Gift Box. Put simply, you get gift box pieces in dungeons and PvP. If you get all nine, you get a random item! The items are: Jr. Knight Master Pet Card(yes!), Monster Doll Box (1 day Monster Doll accessory), Deluxe M.D.B (same, but permanent.), GC Club Accessory Box (timed or non-timed GC Club stuff.), Silver Knight's Wings (timed), and Battlefield Hero's Wings (timed or permanent). An you can keep collecting this stuff until the event is over!

You get coins when you log in. They can be traded for Gacha Coins(!!!)after the event is over. You also get a timed 2nd Anniversary pair of Wings, Stompers, Arm Guards, or a Circlet. Boss monsters are in the park. It looks kinda cool. Siegfried Armor(Level 35) has appeared in the shop for 8500 points with the cloak! Mercury Accsesories(that look like Ellain ones, but with red color.) are in the shop for 5000 points each for Wings, Stompers, Shields, and a Circlet.

Pets get a 50% EXP boost, and the drop rate for Chaos Orbs, pet manuals, and Precious Pearls are at a higher drop rate. For 10500 points, you can get a pet package, that included the card, a 500-use pack for attacks, a Elite pet Evolution Manual, and Nutrients IV(1 day). You can get it fro Blue Fairy, Slime, Ming Ming, Peng Peng, Gon, and Cupid. Finally, the level cap has been increased to 75! If you level up, you get a rune item(Rune-helms, armors, and sword) depending on your level. If you get to 75, you get a special box that holds a random level 0 cash necklace.
